At one point I was on the table myself and it completely changed the way I felt about healing. Note: This is not a massage although you will be on a table. Distant sessions are also available. It is an ancient practice using energy healing with the hands as the tool. It is a very intimate and intense experience. During session you are safe and protected to relax and release, We will uncover blockages that maybe hindering growth and movement.

If you would have told me in my early 30s that my life was about to be turned upside down but I would come out better than I ever thought I could be. Instead I would have thought how is it even possible.
Now that I am seasoned in my late 40s, I truly understand that I was always meant to go through what I did in order to get to where I am. Who said it would be easy? One thing I know about this journey is that the people kept coming. No matter what life looked like.
